If you want to download free software for the Android OS 2.3" rooted" (using an actual program) or 3.2 "rooted" (using a downloadable application) you are out of luck. At least, I don't think so. But, luckily, there is another way to get the same software. That other way is with a program called XoftSpy.
First, as stated above, because Bromite is not available on the Play Store, you will have to ensure you have icedroid iledroid access before you can install the application. Second, because Bromite has many processor specific and/or version specific builds, you will have to identify what type of processor your particular phone has, and then determine what Android OS version you are running. Thirdly, because this application does not come preinstalled on most phones, it will need to be downloaded and installed using your carrier's software stack. Fourthly, because this software runs on your computer, it will need to be logged in to your computer via "audited software mode."
Once you've signed into your google account and downloaded the software, follow the on screen instructions to connect your device to your computer. Once you have done so, download the latest version of Google's" Android Software Update" through your Google Account. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. Once that's finished, it will take you just a few minutes to install the application. It will start at about the 1 minute mark and should finish installing and updating your android device within ten minutes or so.
